About Me:
Hi! I’m Julie.
I’m an administrative wizard. I love all things to do with general administration and the backend jobs of running a business. My over 20 years of office administration credits include: managing a music school with over 1100 students and 30+ staff, an executive assistant to a University Dean of Civil and Environmental Engineering, and an Undergraduate Advisor for the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering.
When my three sons were born, I kept my administrative skills sharp by running the day to day operations of my own businesses, holding several positions on various boards and utilizing my skills to run several large scale events, fundraisers, and marketing campaigns. I was also the go-to web design and social media management person for several of these groups.
As an educator and entrepreneur, it has always been my greatest joy to see people shine into the best and brightest versions of themselves. I personally want to work with small business owners who are looking to take their business to the next step. Let me take some tasks off your to-do list so you can focus on what lights you up.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
All my hourly packages/smaller deliverable packages are prepaid. We agree on the tasks needed to be completed within the time frame that you pick. I send a weekly email that updates you with my progress and the hours remaining. Hours do not rollover from month to month. I do offer retainer monthly packages once we determine we are a fit for each other.
For larger and more advanced projects (such as a website), we would meet and outline all deliverables for a package as well as a reasonable timeline for completion.This would also revisions. I would take a 50% deposit at booking and you would pay 50% when the website is ready to go live.
HOW DO I PAY YOU?
I currently accept Cash, EFT, Visa and Mastercard. There is a small processing fee for those paying by credit card.
I DON’T SEE THE SERVICE I NEED ON YOUR LIST. CAN I ASK YOU ABOUT IT?
Absolutely! Ask me! There is no way for me to include ALL the services I provide on my site. I am also very excited and eager to learn new skills and new apps since the technology changes all the time. If I can help you, I will let you know!
